The location is excellent, just a short walk
To various dining options and local attractions. The friendly staff was good, though there were moments of noise from other guests in the hallway. An lovely experience that I would highly recommend!

Positive, The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. We loved having two rooms next to each other for privacy. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of options that everyone enjoyed. The location is super convenient with easy access to public transportation.

I really loved the old fashioned ambience, furniture and pictures. Location is better than good.
A bit disappointed of guest's treating. I have booked 2 nights in advance, however I could never arrive as my flight from the UK to Prague has been cancelled but I have been charged full price for both nights in advance and never got any refund which is sad. I have booked another night when I got the flight to Prague and have been charged in advance again. Luckily I got to Prague on the second time but nobody was interested of my cancelled flight and wasted money. That could never happen in the UK as I work for a hotel company myself and know how customer's needs, expectations and complains should be meet and solved.

The staff is nice and friendly, the appartments are big for the prices
The beds are not very confortables, do not forget to pack a towel, soap and shampoo if you plan to sleep there...

Very convenient for tram and metro , bars and restaurants in surrounding area are very cheap.
Some renovation work going on so it was noisy 8-5 and the lift was out of order. A free breakfast was offered because of this but i think we should have been informed when booking.

beautiful stay but some noise disturbances
The hotel features exquisite Italian-style decor that adds elegance to the atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is an excellent feast, with a wide variety of options that exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the amazing city view from a nearby vantage point, which the staff kindly showed us on a map.
There were occasional disturbances from noise in the hallway that interrupted our peace.

I booked to hotel for my parents and they were really happy with it. They had all the comfort, the rooms where clean, spacious, really close to the centre. Appartments have a small kitchen with a fridge, basic cuttlery and dishes so that was really useful and private as well. The hotel staff was very pleasant to deal with and did everything they could for their customers to feel happy during their stay.
The only thing I would say was that the lift didnt work as it was being renovated - no problem as my parents where on the 1st floor. The workers started working at around 9am so also fine.

Overall the apartment was good. Excellent to be able to do washing.Would be a great touch to have soap powder and dishwashing liquid availble for use or have small packs available for purchase.
We weren't notified that the lift was out of service prior to arrival...the rooms were on the 6th floor, no assistance available. The offer of free breakfast was laughable...not available before 9am, no tea on offer and the voucher shows bacon and eggs and that is definitely not available. There was no-one available to ask for help. On our last night we were given a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving before 9am, but this was not offered to us on the first day. The breakfast reflects very poorly on the restaurant that serves excellent meals for lunch and dinner. Regards, Carmen
